Houji Heavy Industry has professional team, factory and equipment dedicated to the remanufacturing of all series of construction machinery and equipment such as rotary drilling rigs, excavators, fully hydraulic vibrating hammers, etc. The company has the qualification of remanufacturing pile-working machinery issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Remanufacturing of the main engine covers the redesign and remanufacturing of all structural components, hydraulic systems, electric control systems, power and transmission systems, as well as the remanufacturing and maintenance of key components such as speed reducers and oil cylinders. Remanufacturing models range from 200KN·M to 460460KN·M. Prototypes include products from Sany, XCMG, and Sunward. The factory has large-scale boring machines, milling machines, drilling machines, lathes, numerical control machining centers and other precision machining equipment as well as debugging and testing centers, laying a solid foundation for the remanufacturing and maintenance of main engines and components.
