Guangdong Houji Guangcheng Machinery Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangcheng Leasing) is subordinate to Heshan Houji Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (Houji Heavy Industry). Founded in 2014 with a registered capital of 50 million Yuan, the company is headquartered in Jiantao Industrial Zone, Taoyuan Town, Heshan City, Guangdong Province, and covers an area of about 65 mu. It is a comprehensive basic construction machinery and equipment service company mainly engaged in the leasing of large-scale construction machinery and equipment for basic construction and the construction of basic projects, integrating equipment maintenance, construction parts leasing, parts sales and equipment transportation.

How to ensure hole quality of rotary drilling rig
1. It's especially important to keep the equipment in good working condition and regular maintenance;
2. Protect the pile position set after measurement and recheck and correct the drilling center at any time;
3. Set up a drilling tool reset mark or carry out multiple centering to reduce drilling deviation;
4. Select reasonable methods and supporting equipment to clear and inspect holes in time to ensure the quality of hole formation;
5. Reasonably select drilling tools, inspect the indicators to be qualified before the next working procedure.

06.—Rental procedure
1. According to the rental mode of the whole month, both sides sign the lease contract first. The lessee shall pay one month's rent and equipment mobilization freight in advance. Subsequently, the rent shall be paid in advance on a monthly basis;
2. Two operators are provided, and the Lessee shall contact a trailer and undertake the freight to the construction site.
3. The Lessee shall organize workers to install under the guidance of the machinist.
The Lessor shall guarantee that the machine runs for 10 hours per day when condition permits, and the delay caused by mechanical maintenance shall not exceed 3 days within one month, otherwise, the rent shall be deducted by day. Obey the arrangement of the site managers of the Lessee. The costs for maintenance, wire rope and small maintenance shall be undertaken by the Lessee.
